What You’ll Do

As a Procurement & Commercial Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing pricing and performance data from manufacturers and funders using Excel
  • Supporting the team with reporting, forecasting, market comparisons, and uploading rate sheets.
  • Building and maintaining spreadsheets and dashboards for internal reporting
  • Using Power BI to visualise data and present insights to stakeholders
  • Supporting supplier communications and keeping commercial agreements up to date
  • Identifying opportunities to improve competitiveness and margin through data
  • Assisting with procurement projects, deal reviews, and monthly reporting packs

About You

We’re looking for a person who:

  • Is studying Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or a similar discipline
  • Has strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
  • Has working knowledge of Power BI or a strong interest in learning it
  • Enjoys working with numbers and transforming data into actionable insights
  • Understands commercial strategy and is keen to learn more
  • Is well-organised, analytical, and communicates clearly
  • Can work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
