If you have developed a successful sales track record, you can turn a healthy pipeline of inbound leads and existing customers into successful deals with private individuals and businesses. There is no cold calling; just a strong telephone manner and highly organised work ethic are required to help drive new deals and with it, an uncapped commission potential.

To continue this growth, you will join a close and supportive team, developing relationships with inbound leads and database re-engagements to understand their current leasing needs, future plans, and work on cost-effective solutions, including the use of our bespoke fleet management system.

Ideally, you’ll bring experience in the automotive sector with leasing experience a bonus. This will enable you to immediately build rapport and credibility with customers. You’ll do this with a strong and confident telephone manner, knowing the right questions to ask, confirming your understanding of their needs, and keeping the relationship developing as you work with colleagues to put together a leasing solution.

As well as a strong telephone manner, you must bring a well-developed sales ethos, and have excellent attention to detail in managing all necessary administration elements, order details, finances, delivery and other timescales. A natural juggler of priorities, you’ll maintain a level of premium customer service whilst working collaboratively with your colleagues in operations and procurement.
